1. General Questions
How do I sell you cards?
Just bring your cards to our store during our public buying hours. Our friendly team of expert buyers will help you out and answer any questions.
How should I bring my cards in?
We suggest organizing your cards nicely so they’re easy to see. If your collection is really big or tricky to view, we might ask you to organize it or schedule a quick appointment. Come prepared so we can help you quickly. Any additional information such as price sheets, spreadsheets and collection information can help make the process even smoother.
What percentage of the market do you pay?
Since every card is different and has its own value, we can’t give a set percentage. That said, we’re known for offering some of the fairest and strongest deals in the market. For rare or high-value cards, we can also give you instant quotes on the spot.
What cards don’t you buy?
We don’t buy common or bulk cards from sports or TCGs right now. If you have a big collection, please reach out first so we can chat before you come in.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes! We give you 10% more in store credit than our cash offer, and you can use it for anything in the store.
2. Collection / Appointment Questions
Should I make an appointment?
If you have a bigger collection that might take some extra time to go through, it’s a good idea to set up an appointment. After we review your collection, we’ll find a good time if your items fit within what we’re currently buying.
How long is an appointment?
Appointments can be anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours, depending on the size and value of your collection. In some cases we might request to keep your collection for a day or two to ensure we are offering you the best value.
Do you travel to buy collections?
We might consider it in special circumstances, please contact us with information regarding your collection.
Can I mail my collection to you?
At this time we don’t accept collections via mail. However, we are willing to travel depending on the details of your collection.
